Join Monica + Andy and Amy Roulston at Monica + Andy’s Lincoln Park Guideshop for a special morning filled with yoga, crafts, breakfast bites and coffee. We will welcome in the spring season through a series of yoga poses suited for all levels! What a wonderful way to connect with your child through moving and breathing together while learning some poses and techniques to continue practicing at home. BYOM (bring your own mat)$15 per family.

*All children must have at least one participating adult with them during the event. Event is best suited for children ages 2-6 years, however all are welcome!
