An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Mom and Baby Yoga is an opportunity to practice Yoga with your little one by your side. You will regain strength and flexibility, increase your energy and experience a new bond with your baby. Together we will focus on postures that help strengthen the back, abdomen and hips, as well as relieve tension throughout your body. Babies enjoy this one-on-one interaction with their moms and other babies. Suitable for newborns to crawlers (ages 0-10 months).
