Baby & Me Yoga
With Zahra Massicotte

Deepen the connection with your baby while finding strength through breath, mindful movement and calming activities. Baby will get gentle movement to help with digestion, motor skills and sleep. Mom, Dad or caregiver will get a light yoga flow and stretch.
Sing-a-longs, partner and baby poses, and massage will be incorporated. Ages 6 weeks to crawlers welcome.
