Sleep Throughout The First Year, taught by The Sleepy Mama-Nicole Cannon, is a crash course in what you can expect for your baby’s sleep at every stage throughout the first year of their life. We will look at ways to set your newborn up to be a good sleeper, common patterns of infant sleep, and some frequent troubles you may encounter. Nicole is a Certified Sleep Consultant and mom of three young boys, who looks at the whole picture regarding infant sleep. There will be plenty of time to answer your individual sleep questions as well!
