Tummy Time

Susan Ruhl, Birthways’ Postpartum Doula and TummyTime! Technique trained provider, will share various techniques and ideas to help your baby adapt and enjoy their daily tummy time!

As your baby’s first teacher, you will be supported in observing and focusing on what your own baby needs to foster their optimal development.

Please bring a blanket, a few of your little one’s favorite toys, and be sure to wear comfortable clothing!
