Description: Empowering women to move optionally and mindfully, Meghan will teach you how to achieve a strong functional core and body throughout pregnancy and motherhood. In a supportive class mixed with expecting and new Moms, you’ll move through a pre + post natal friendly strength training circuit composed of corrective and functional exercises. Connect with your core and pelvic floor through integrated breath work, improve posture and alignment, awake underactive muscles, and gain total-body strength. *Workouts are diastasis recti and incontinence friendly.
