Target your core post-birth in this 45-minute class intended for all Mamas. Learn how to reconnect with your core, strengthen your pelvic floor and deepen your core connection. Each class incorporates diaphragmatic breathing, proper recruitment of the pelvic floor and deep core muscles along with rehabilitative core exercises. Whether you had a vaginal birth or C-Section, have diastasis recti, and/or any pelvic floor dysfunctions this class is for you. Learn how to build a strong, functional core post-birth and throughout life!
